"Keys" serve as credits enabling you to reset the waste ink counters on any compatible printer, with each key applicable for a single reset. After usage, a key expires, requiring an additional key for subsequent resets. The reset process itself returns the waste ink counters to zero, effectively granting the printer an extended operational life.
